Days of Operation

Monkton Country Day Care is open year round. The preschool year is September to mid-June. During this period our program closes in observance of the following: Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving, Good Friday, Easter Monday, and Memorial Day. In addition, we are closed for a winter break between the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. Exact dates will be provided at the beginning of each new school year.
 

The summer program is in session from mid June through August. During the summer Monkton Country Day Care closes for the 4th of July holiday.
 

Hours of Operation

Monkton Country Day Care is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. The preschool program operates Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm.  There are extended care options available for preschoolers.

We have an outstanding record of remaining open during inclement weather.  We understand that our parents rely on us to provide reliable and dependable care for their children.
